Is Angiogram Limited To Detect Blockages Caused Only In Legs?

Hello Doctor , my dad had a sudden pain in his left leg last week and had to undergo an angiogram, and further an angioplasty(stent placement) because a block was found on his left leg knee. What we would like to know right now is if the angiogram was done to detect the blocks in the full body or can an angiogram be limited to just the legs area?
