Is Another Surgery Needed To Correct Unstable Knee After ACL Surgery?

I'd a ACL surgery 3 years back successfully. Two years back I'd met with another accident and I'd a severe fracture in my knee and also my ACL got repture again. I'd a surgery two years back and fixed fratured bone using some screews. Right now I'd instability in my knee. my question is whether I can go for another surgery to repair ACL and also remove existing screews.
