General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Unless you are in menopausal age or you are on progesterone contraceptive, you should investigate for irregular periods. Bulky uterus with fibroid cab cause such bleeding. A ultrasonography of pelvis would help in finding the cause. Please consult a gynecologist.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
