Is Anti Nausea Medicine Advisable For Vomiting?

I have an anti nausea medication prescribed by my PC doctor because of a vast legal reflex that causes me to pass out when I vomit. I was exposed to several people yesterday who are now vomiting. It came on them suddenly. My question? Can I take my medication now as a preventative?

Hello,

Yes, you could take the anti-emetic as a preventive medication as well. It would definitely help prevent you from vomiting and passing out.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,

Dr. Pranav Balakrishnan
