Is Antibiotics Advisable For Child Suffering From Runny Nose?

My son is having a continuous running nose since last one day. He is 4yrs 10 months old and weighs 13 kg. Currently we are in south africa. I am giving him recofast 4ml thrice each day. His temperature is 98.1. I am also gave him steam with hot water and a little vicks in it. Just wanted to know if any antibiotic needs to be given at this stage?
