Is Antibiotics Needed For Sore Throat, Headache And Cough?

I'm a female I weigh 125 height is 5`6. I have
had a sore throat for 3 days now started with bad headache, now headache is gone and have cough with yellow/ green mucus and pus on left side of throat but right ear is hurting! im taking ibepropin and claritin d but not really helping, do I need antibiotics? Or will it subside by it's self?

U have acute follicular tonsilitis so start with tab amoxcillin 500mg,tab lcz,tab pan40,tab diclofenac,nasal drops xylometazoline 2 drops tdsbetadine gargle
