Is Any Medication Available To Avoid STD Or AIDS After Exposure?

Dear Sir,
I am a professional but made the biggest mistake in life.

Yesterday, I had sex with a messager in Thailand, i used condom every time for penetration. Now, i am worried for the idiotic thing i did. Overall every thing was OK theoriticallly but i am still worried

Where to get AIDS/STD tested in Chennai, How about Apollo. What would be the fee approx. Can i do something now to ensure that no AIDS/STD happens. Is there any medicine available to eat, as it has past only 24 hours. At what time, i should get tested. What tests.

thank you for query.If you had protected intercourse you need not worry about HIV.If you are anxious and doubtful about exposure,you can get the HIV tested in Apollo the cost is not clear.it depends on time from exposure different tests are there.there is post exposure prophylaxis given to people if they are at risk of getting HIV due to exposure to HIV patients.it has to started within 3 days of exposure as the virus multiplies within this period if infected.So please contact them for testing and prophylaxis.You can get back to me for any clarifications with the photos and details.Dr Bharatesh D Basti Dermatologist and Venereologist
