Is Aortic Abdominal Aneurysm Associated With Abdominal Pain & Diarrhea?

i am a 71 year old female who has enjoyed excellent health. I have been experiencing lower back pain nd lower abdominal pain for the past 5 days. Started with diarrhea and vomiting; now just dull aching. Had a similar episode about 2 years ago and it was diverticulosis. I worry that it might be an aortic abdominal aneurysm since my mother and sister had one.

HI
Well come to HCM
just forget about the aneurysm, the symptoms are suggestive of some functional problems and not the indication of any disease, you really need to keep the stress level low and control your thoughts, at the most intestinal infection could be the cause of your symptoms, take care.
