Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advise.

Please tell me for which condition you are applying this cream on glans? Since how long you are applying it?

As chronic use of steroids can suppress immunity which attract infections in the body. In your case most probably the Diprovate-RD is the reason for infection.

However other sexually transmitted diseases can not be neglected. So I advice you to consult dermatologist for proper diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards
Dr. Hiren
