Is Arcoxia An Effective And Safe In Pregnancy?

I am 41. 5 8. 10st5lb lady due to have quartoisone injections in my wrists today and have been given arcoxia 90mg to take to relieve the pain afterwards. only been prescribed 7 day course but have read warnings about pregnancy. we have recently lost a 12 week pregnancy in early April and just starting to try to fall again now.. Could you please let me know how or if this tablet will make an effect if i used it for the next three days. Is it only long term usage that would cause a problem how negligable or dangerous could this be..?
