Is Aspirin Required To Be Taken When Using A Testosterone Cream?

I m 48 yr old female with a below normal level of testosterone and feeling fatigued. My Dr. prescribed a testosterone cream. 1 ml/day. I m concerned about the possibility of blood clots. Should I be taking an aspirin daily? Would that lower the risk of blood clots?
