Is Astigmatism Curable With Good Nutrition?

Hi,, I have a cylindrical power of -0.5 in both of my eyes, however, i got my eyes testes 3 times in the past one month. twice they said i have no cylindrical power, but once i was prescribed -0.5 i want to go for glasses without cylindrical..... Can i cure my astigmatism with good nutrition???

Proper nutrition does not cure astigmatic problem.. specs is the only answer. Proper refraction is to be done.
