Is Aviane Recommended In Case Of Heavy And Extended Period?

Before i had my period for 14 days non stop very heavy then finally i went to see my doctor and he put me on aviane and my period stop the day he advice me to take it then that sunday i took it and i didnt have my period and 15 days of taking the pill (i never missed one) i was home with my boyfriend and had unprotected sex? am i okay ? i am totally freaking out
