Is Back Pain And Numbness Sign Of Arthritis Or Fibromyalgia?

Had an mri which shows poss small vessel disease in the pons. I am 58 have multiple problems with my back. I also have foot drop with numbness in my r leg secondary to my back. I have multiple muscle spasms and spasicity in upper and lower ext as well as in my trunk area. My BP is usually low occ I will go up high usually after I have an episode of hypotension. I am having more spells where I see spots and almost passout lately. I also have intermittant episodes where I have trouble swallowing. I do have GERD. I also sweat profusely at times and am very heat intolerant. They think I may possibly have MS. I am 58 F. Also my D-dimer results have consistently been elevated. I have been told I also have arthritis (polyarticular) and fibromyalgia
