Is Back Pain Related To Heart Attack?

My mom who is 79 has been suffering from pain in her left shoulder and tingling in her left arm. Today her blood pressure rose to 167/116. After going to Urgent Care and given Quanadine, it dropped to normal range but now way down with the lower number being 60. Is it possible that her back pain may be related to heart and possible heart attack? She does have a prolapsed valve.

Welcome to HCM

Shoulder and arm pain are often from the heart
They are other causes – like joint, muscle and nerve involvement… but heart should first be excluded / especially with elevated pressure
