Is Back Surgery Needed To Treat Severe Facet Degenerative Change?

I had an MRI which indicates severe facet degenerative change. Brod=ad- based diffuse annular bulge with marginal osteophytes. There is moderate central stenosis and severe left foraminal narrowing. I had spinal laminectomy and fusion of L4-L5 about 5 yers ago. Will I need back surgery again for this ??? Hope not.
