Is Bacterial Vaginosis, Related With Burning Urination?

Hi, I am currently experiencing a burning sensation when urinating. A slight itch and excessive discharge has also occurred. Including swollen lymph nodes in my groin. I was wondering if this could be bacterial vaginitis and if it could be treated at home?
