Is Bad Bruise After Bumping Against Lumbar Concerning?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...I have a very bad bruise that is obviously very black and blue -- it is one week that I got it bumping into a piece of lumber. Should I see a doctor for it at this point?
