Is Bad Taste, A Side Effect Of Biaxin Tablets?

My 9 month old has been taking biaxin for several months off and on for ear and sinus infections. He is currently on Biaxin for the last four weeks and progressively refussing to eat baby foods. If this is because of the reported side effect of abnormal taste with Biaxin, how can we get rid of it and will it go away when he stops taking the medication?
