Is Basal Carcinoma In Nasal Canal Be Treated?

How treatable is basal doctor carcinoma in a nasal canal of a 9 yr GSCH. 30 inches, 68 pounds, running nose since January 2011, scoped May18th now has boodle discharge out of one nostril, sometimes brownish yellow. Other wise very healthy blood panel looked great and blood pressure 150.

Hello,

Depending upon the stage of the disease, treatment may vary. In early stages, it may be treated with excision and local radiation therapy. In advanced stages with or without excision, radio-chemotherapy may be used. Now, in the present situation, bloody discharge may be due to infection or progressive tumor. Use nasal packing and water vapor inhalation. Please consult your ENT specialist, he will examine and treat you accordingly.
