Is Bike Ride Advisable During 7 Weeks Of Pregnancy?

I m 7 weeks pregnant done a 54mile bike ride 9 weeks ago.and am still fit and healthy I wanted to do a light weight circuit training class iv informed the teacher I m pregnant she said I need to get the go ahead from a doctor but can t see my doctor for 2 weeks

This is still early pregnancy and there are no some problems if you ride bike. However,this should be in moderare degree and you should avoid it after3.month of pregnancy.
