Is Bilateral Small Rudimentary Cervical Rib Causing Tingling Arm Serious?

Hi, I have just been to the Doctor and has diagnosed me with loss of normal cervical lordosis due to muscle spasm. Also, in the radiology report it states "There are bilateral small rudimentary cervical rib seen". My left arm is mildly numb/tingling, no pain, and my pinky and ring finger are mor so than the rest, but I can move alright no pain. Dr gave me a neck collar, a skeletal muscle relaxant and painkillers for now. I only did a neck x-ray (AP&LAT). Kindly advise on the above diagnosis, if correct and if the rudimentary cervical rib should be investigated and my next steps please with thanks.
