General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

High bilirubin levels with other liver tests and examinations within normal levels is very likely due to Gilbert Syndrome. In this case, there is a genetic disease where a liver enzyme is in deficient amounts and it is generally not a serious condition.
Generally, no treatment is needed and there is nothing to worry as long as all the rest of the tests come out normal and you feel well.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Antoneta Zotaj, General & Family Physician
