Is Bilirubin Level Of 7.66.ALT-1880,AST-990 & GGT 200 Serious Condition?

Hi, I am a hbs ag + patient for last 4 years. but recently my Lft test done for my yellowing eyes. My Bilirubin level is 7.66. ALT- 1880,AST- 990 & GGT 200 is it sign very serious condition for me. I am giving blood for HBV dna load test with in 4 days it will come.

It seems from the history that you are having jaundice. All the parameters of the tests which you have undergone are elevated indicating elevated liver function tests.
