Is Black Watery Stool Due To Iron Supplement?

hello doc my age is 26 i am having semi black watery stool,(no blood), and a bit fever from last 2 days, took norflox tz didnt help, feeling a bit cold also. i use to take supplements after exercise, is it due to exess iron intake ? it will be great to have your help.
