OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Bleeding in early pregnancy can be due to causes like:
1. Threatened abortion, but it is usually associated with pain
2. Haemorrhage around the foetus( subchorionic haemorrhage)
3. Ectopic pregnancy
These can be diagnosed by proper examination and ultrasound.
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated and treated accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
Regards,
Dr Deepti Verma
