Is Bleeding A Sign Of Miscarriage?

hi we just found out im pregnant 2 days ago but the test line was very faint, so we did another test this morning and the 2nd line is still very faint i have started bleeding today alot like my periods but not quite as heavy, does this sound like i am miss carring
