Hello dear
Understand your concern.
Bleeding after intercourse does not suggest pregnancy.
It may be due to tough sex or injury to superficial venous plexus of cervix.
If it will continue after intercourse in future you should consult the gynecologist. Following are the causes:
Vaginal infections (bacterial vaginosis, chlamydia), vaginitis/cervicitis, cervical tear, polyp, trauma to vaginal tract, precancerous condition of cervix or vagina.
Following investigation should be done: PAP smear, USG scan, Swab test, vaginal examination, PCR and NAAT test for screening of STD.
Bleeding does not suggest pregnancy.
Most cardinal sigh of pregnancy is missed period. If period will missed by 8-10 days, you can check home pregnancy test with mid stream morning urine sample.
Hope this may help you
Best regards
