Is Bleeding And Cramps Dangerous For Women With History Of Pregnancy Complications?

Hi doc
My name is dawn im 38 my husband and I have been trying for a child we have had an eptopic and a miscarriage. The miscarriage was 2 years ago.
My cycle is normally around 30 - 34 days this month I have gone 46days I have taken a pregnancy test which was negative and now I have bright red bleed but not heavy at all bit have bad cramps .
I'm a little worried as I have had problems before can you give me some advice please.

Hello,

Since the pregnancy test was negative, the bleeding you are experiencing is likely to be just menstrual. When period is delayed, it can cause cramps and heavy flow. If the bleeding don't subside as expected, follow up with your ObGyn.
