Is Bleeding During Urination A Sign Of UTI?

Could bleeding during urination be a sign of UTI? I have been noticing bright red blood on the toilet paper after urnination. Its not a lot of blood but enough to coat the toilet paper. Does not diminish with more wiping. Only after urination and not in urine. What could this be? Also I have no signs of UTi or other urinary issues, i do happen to have the chilies all day, I m extremely thirsty, my whole body aches. I had a csection 8 months ago. Ive been doing more cardio at the gym lately.
