Is Bleeding From Open Incisions Of Liposuction Normal?

I had liposuction of the flanks and abdomen on Friday. Day 3 and I have bleeding from one of the open incisions on the right front side. It doesn't look like fluidy blood tinged discharge, but like actual blood. When I change the sterile pad it streams down my leg. Is this too much blood?
