Is Bleeding In Red Color With Clots Period Bleeding Or Leftover Bleeding?

I had a miscarriage Feb 16th. I think this was the day because I passed the placenta this day. However,

I started bleeding Feb 11th. I bled all the way til Feb 26th. I then started bleeding to what I think is my period on March 2nd. I had the PMS symptoms and all. It was brown spotting/bleeding all the way until March 7th. On that day I started bleeding red and had small clots. Is this my period or left over bleeding??
