Hi,

Please tell me if it was fresh red blood or old brownish colored blood? May or may not be because of injury. If it has already gone then don't worry too much about it, but keep an eye on it if it comes again and again you will need to be examined by your doctor to see the source of bleeding.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sara Talha, OB & GYN Specialist
