Hello,

Having loop surgery is related to avoiding pregnancy but with treating cancerous lesions in colum uteri. The bleeding, infection and pain are side effects of it. You may wait for a month before having sex as before. Let her colum to regenerate and get back to normal.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
