Is Bloating A Common Side Effect Of Taking Metronidazole For BV?

Hi right now I am on Metronidazole for BV. I have been taking the antibiotic twice a day for 4 days and I have been feeling bloated for those days. Also one minute I feel stuffed and the next, i feel like im starving, then the feeling goes a way. But i still feel and look bloated. I just want to know is the bloating a normal side effect?
