Hi,
Yes, bloating can occur as a side effect of Plan-B. Commonly used as an emergency contraceptive, Plan-B can cause headaches, abdominal pain, bloating, breast tenderness, dizziness or feeling tired as its side effects. These symptoms should get better within a few days. If the symptoms do not go away or get worse, you should contact your doctor without delay. If you still want to be sure a blood test done will rule out and pregnancy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali, General & Family Physician
