Is Bloating And Blood In Stool Without Any Discomfort A Concern?

For the past three weeks I have had bright red blood in my stool, at times it is a lot and at times it is minimal. I have no pain or itch discomfort. I have noticed that I have some bloating. There are some darker shades of stool in places. Starting to panik.

Hi, I think blood in stools can be due to piles. Get yourself examined by a surgeon. It may cause some complications later on. So, you will need some medicines to stop the bleeding. Bloating can be due to gastritis. Take some antacids.
