Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. In the current scenario, your chances of conception are high if you never had a missed period earlier. Home pregnancy tests read well when performed 3-7 days after the missed period with a fresh early morning sample of urine because this is when the pregnancy hormone levels are highest. If you did not follow this procedure, you are likely to get a negative result. You can either repeat the test after a couple of days or go for the blood test . Hope you find this information useful. Take care.
