I was masturbating the other day after I had lots of sex and when I ejaculated blood came out of my pee hole along with sperm and I had a very bad pain at my pee hole it felt and appeared to have ripped open I have had a recent problem with kidney and was wondering what s wrong with me

Blood discharge with semen usually is not very serious and stops on its own. I would like to know what kidney problem you had. Since you had pain it may be due to inflammation of urethra-the urinary passage. If it occurs again then you should get a check up.
