General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

No. It is not. It shows thrombocytopenia, a decrease in count and quality of platelets which may cause bleeding from any site.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ajeet Singh, General & Family Physician
