Is Blood In The Urine With Stomach Pain After Taking Rudimin, Paracetamol, And Zynol A Serious Problem?

Hi, doctor prescribed Rudimin tablet for ferver and headache along with paracetomol and zynol. I took only 2 sets of tablets after that i got blood in the urine and pain in stomach. Whenever i pie urine there are lot of blood getting exited. Can you please clarify me below questions: Getting blood in the urine - a severe problem? Getting blood in the urine - how to overcome/recover from this issue?
