Is Blood In Urine With Pain In Kidneys Normal In Diabetics?
Im a 52yr old male i weight 320 im 6'0 i was recently diagnosed a diabetic so ive been taking shots of insulin in my lower stomac for about 2 weeks and today ive been peeing blood and my kidneys hurt really bad should i go to the er or is this normal?

Dear sir i can understand your concern
in my opinion blood in urine in any diabetic individual must be evaluated thoroughly.
As you are complaining pain in back,This kind of symptoms will be seen in renal stones.
renal stones when they move inside urethra they will scratch the urethra and cause bleeding.
if left unattended this stone might cause infections like kidney abscess,
i suggest you to see a doc and go for further work up.
