Hi & Welcome.
Your BP is high and it is a matter of concern because high BP is a major risk factor for the development of heart diseases.
You need to consult a physician for through evaluation and certain lab tests like fasting blood glucose, kidney function tests,
lipid profile, ECG, Chest X ray, etc to rule out other diseases.
Avoid smoking, alcohol and stress. Reduce the intake of dietary salt, do regular exercise and take a normal healthy balanced diet.
Losartan (an
angiotensin receptor blocker) is effective in reducing the high BP and hence can be continued after consulting your treating doctor.
Since you have already taken Klonopin (
clonazepam) to have a sound sleep, there's no need to take
Mirtazapine along with Klonopin. Because taking Mirtazapine along with together with Klonopin may increase side effects such as drowsiness, confusion, difficulty concentrating, impaired thinking and motor
incoordination, etc.
Hope this will help.
Take care.
