Is Blood Pressure Of 99/62 A Cause For Concern?

Hi I ve been suffering from extreme hypertension so my doctor put me on cholesterol medication , doubled my diltiazem and gave me another bp medicine. I m feeling fatigued and light headed at times and my bp just now was 100/64. Then an hour later was 99/62. Should I let up on one of the doses of bp meds? I m on vacation and for the last week have been exercising and eating HEALTHY losing weight because I need to

I have gone through your query. Your blood pressure is lower than normal now. So it is better to adjust the dosage of anti hypertensive medication after consulting your treating doctor. If your blood pressure is low like this and having fatigue that means you are having low perfusion of vital organs due to low blood pressure.
