Is Blood Stained Discharge Related To Hip And Leg Pain Post Injury?

Hi i hurt my back whilst trampolining the other day or at least i though thats what i did but since then pain has been going down my hip and back of leg and slightly around into my tummy on right side, i previously had Pubis symp and it left me with a slight weekness on this side. but today i have had a very small amount of blood stained discharge and just feel uncomfortable a bit like my period is due and pressure on that side but i only had my period 10 days ago?? Are these connected do you think or just coincidence??
