Dear sir i can understand your concern
in my opinion you are in fair control of diabetes
the medication what you are on are very good medication
this two medications together does a wonderful job by regulating your blood sugars in a good way.
the best thing in this combination is they will never exhaust your pancreas like other medications like glipizide, glimipride and glibenclamide.

i would like to suggest you some test like Hba1c% which will help in estimating your blood sugar control for three months.

blood sugars are highly dynamic and they will always keep fluctuating in a range.
i suggest you to keep your BMI around 25 and do exersise for a better control.
regards
