Is Blood Sugar Value Of 128 A Cause For Concern?

I have uncontrolled diabetes. I don t take medicine. My a1c is 7. Last night my sugar got up to 326 and since thend I have been feeling sick. It is 128 right now but I feel dehydrated and like I am going to pass out if I stand. What could be wrong?
