Is Blue Coloration Of Lips, Due To Stress?

Blue lips,probably because of stress?Is it bad to have blue lips?They usually turn blue when I'm in school so I'm guessing it might be because of stress.It's surely not because of cold weather,since I always dress well.Is it harmless if it is because of stress?
