Hello
Hay fever is a allergic reaction, itching of the eyes is common in this condition because of co- existing allergic reaction of the eyes.
However blurred vision is not present in this condition.
Blurred vision requires evaluation by a eye doctor to find out the underlying cause and treatment accordingly.
Thank you
