Is Blurry Vision With Eye Test Being Normal Suggestive Of Neurological Issues?
My male friend is 64 who uses reading glasses has vision problems..Trouble driving at night etc. An ophthalmologist checked him out and found nothing wrong. Recently he was writing the last of a few checks when the lines got all blurry and he couldn t continue..He has an appt. with a neurologist in a month but is very concerned NOW. Any thoughts doctor?

Hi, blurry vision can be due to acidity. Try an acid suppressant medicine when this happens. The diagnosis will be confirmed. You can then decide whether a Neurological examination is required---regards
